Description:  Join us for this session with esteemed instructor Anthony McGhee and Bill Bader, Manager of Waterstone Mortgage.  We’ll start by defining what a cash offer is and exploring its key characteristics. You'll learn about the current prevalence of cash offers in the market, supported by recent trends and statistics.

We’ll then cover how the home buying process differs with cash offers compared to financed ones, highlighting the timeline and closing procedures unique to cash transactions. For buyers, we’ll discuss the advantages of making a cash offer and provide strategies to stay competitive even when financing. Sellers will gain insight into the benefits and potential risks of accepting cash offers.

Additionally, we’ll touch on the downsides of cash offers for both parties and examine scenarios where financing might be more advantageous. Finally, we’ll explore common sources of cash for buyers and their implications. The session will conclude with a brief recap and a Q&A to address your questions. Join us with your latte for a clear understanding of cash offers and their impact on real estate!
