CAAR Office

CAAR’s MLS Master Group is hard at work preparing for the MLS conversion to Black Knight’s Paragon software late this fall. One feature of our current MLS that needs review and revision is the New Construction (“Proposed”) module. This focus group encourages CAAR members who regularly represent builders to provide feedback so that we can improve consistency of use and establish proper procedures for using this module.

If you are a listing listing agent to area builders, you are encouraged to come and participate in this discussion.
