"Elements of a Contract" is a vital course for real estate agents, focusing on the legal requirements for valid contracts. Students will learn:

1. The essential elements, why they matter, and how to spot them in various contract types.
2. Statute of Frauds, ensuring agents understand the importance of written agreements.
3. Recognize and facilitate contracts effectively, reducing potential legal issues in real estate transactions.

One of the critical takeaways from this course is the ability to apply this knowledge across a spectrum of contract types encountered in real estate transactions. Whether it's a purchase agreement, a lease, or any other contractual arrangement, students will be adept at identifying the necessary elements and ensuring their presence. This not only enhances professionalism but also minimizes the potential for disputes or legal complications down the road.

Pre-registration required. This is an onsite class. Class materials (if applicable) will be sent to you in your confirmation/48-hour/30-Minute email reminder.
