Gain insights into the latest laws and regulations enacted by the Virginia legislature in 2022 during this one-hour session. Review the changes implemented, with most of these laws becoming effective on July 1, 2022.

Explore how two specific laws can positively impact business practices:
  • The State Corporation Commission (SCC) now has the capability to facilitate multi-year payments of renewal fees for business entities.
  • Agents can now conveniently obtain Common Interest Community disclosure packets on behalf of their seller clients, as authorized agents' written requests must be accepted by common interest communities.
Pre-registration required. This is an onsite class. Class materials (if applicable) will be sent to you in your confirmation/48-hour/30-Minute email reminder.
