Explore how two specific laws can positively impact business practices: The State Corporation Commission (SCC) now has the capability to facilitate multi-year payments of renewal fees for business entities. Agents can now conveniently obtain Common Interest Community disclosure packets on behalf of their seller clients, as authorized agents' written requests must be accepted by common interest communities.
