If you are new to the CAAR portal and need to set up a username and password, contact CAAR at 434-817-2227.

If you already have a username and password but can't remember it, select the Get Started button to the bottom right of this
screen to recover it using your name, email and NRDS ID. NOTE: (If your NRDS ID has a 0 in front of it, please do not enter
it when recovering your information). Contact CAAR at 434.817.2227 if you cannot successfully recover your login information.
