Session Title
Property Rights Luncheon – “Improving Regional Housing affordability with ADUs and Upzoning”

Overview
Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) on existing parcels, allowing duplexes and triplexes in all zoning districts, reducing setbacks and increasing density are ideas being discussed to help mitigate our regional housing affordability issues.  Could these ideas make a difference?  Are there structural impediments?  How do we make this happen?  CAAR has reached out to four experts on Regional Housing Affordability and zoning to discuss the opportunities and challenges that lay ahead. Please join us!
