This course will highlight the significant regulatory changes that
can affect your practice. We will identify practice tips to ease
your transition and clarify any confusion about the meaning of the
new regulations that went into effect on November 1, 2015. Items to
be addressed include advertising, escrow, licensure/broker
supervision, actions failing to safeguard the public, and record
retention. This course includes the new requirement for
flood instruction.
