Haley, Jon
Jon Haley joined Virginia REALTORS® in 2017 and currently serves as Staff Counsel. His areas of responsibility include developing REALTOR® education and serving as a course instructor, answering the legal hotline, and drafting amicus briefs for the Supreme Court of Virginia advocating for REALTOR® interests. He is also a frequent presenter in Virginia REALTORS® legal videos, webinars, and their new weekly podcast.

Prior to joining Virginia REALTORS®, Jon graduated from the College of William and Mary and the University of Richmond School of Law. After graduation, he clerked for the Richmond Circuit Court before joining a firm that administered mass claims settlements. He lives with his wife and dog Plato in Henrico County.

Cancellation requests (written or phoned) will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. two business days preceding each class. All paid tuition other than the $10 non-refundable, non-transferable to another person deposit will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the close of business on that day. (Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances must be received by CAAR in writing within 15 days after class start date).
