Description
This course is being hosted complimentary to all members who
attend the June General Membership Meeting.
Virginia Agency Law Review is a class reviewing the Real Estate
Agency law of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Students will review
definitions/vocabulary in the agency law, understand the history
and current agency laws that govern their real estate business and
the disclosure duties, and understand the VAR policy, VREB
laws/rules and common problems that arise and how to handle these
problems.
This course offers 1 hour Agency CE credit.
