DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy About the Green Designation Course, Day 2 Representing Buyers and Sellers of Resource-Efficient Homes, the second course in the designation program sequence, focuses on applying the knowledge of resource-efficient, smart, and certified homes gained in the preceding course and adapting core real estate skills to build business success in the niche market for resource-efficient homes. This course offers 6 hours of Related CE credit OR 2 hours of Current Industry Issues SPLE credit. Schedule of Events 8 - 8:30 a.m. - Check-in; light continental breakfast available 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Course instruction Noon - 12:30 p.m. - Break for lunch provided by CAAR Registration Students must register and attend both Day 1 & 2 events.
